For many years the group had been eyeing the former Polygraph factory in Leipzig as a much desired project site. Finally, in 2016, the group was able to attain permission from building’s owner Mathias Manke, and the realisation of If Paradise is Half as Nice #6 was on it’s way. For this event, the participating artists were Daan Botlek, Pim Palsgraaf, Willem Besselink, Ties Ten Bosch, Regina Kelaita, Toine Klaassen, Jordy Walker, Onno Poiesz and Sybille Neumeyer. By this time, the historical lectures by Guus Vreeburg had become ongoing and important contribution to the project. In addition, this was the first year that we welcomed the help of two interns, Daniël Kipp and Jelle Jongmans. During the closing event, which was visited by almost 1000 people, the group welcomed additional performances by the artists Janne Eraker, Ildicó Tóth, Ans Kanen, Maurice Meewise and Aantigen. A video documentation of the event was filmed by Sophie Stephan.
